We can only offer refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase. After this window, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To get a refund, your product must be unused, be in the same condition that it was delivered to you in, and be in the original packaging. Also, we require you to send us a receipt or proof of purchase so we know the product belonged to you.
Do not send your product back to the manufacturer, as we will not able to issue you a refund if you do so. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, as these costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received your return and it is inspected, we will notify you via email on the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund and return funds into the account that you paid for your product with.
