Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations in the United States, as well as international upon request. If you are outside the US and looking to purchase one of our products, contact us and we will help you out!

How do I track my order?

After you make a purchase, we’ll send you an email confirming your order is being processed. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you another email notifying you. If your order has not come after three weeks, contact us and we will gladly help locate your package.

How do I use my product?

Usually, our products are very self explanatory on how your cat will use them, but if you have any specific questions regarding how to use one of our products, you can contact us and we’d be happy to help answer your questions.

I ordered my products but they haven’t came yet. What do I do?

Your order will usually take between 10-20 days maximum to arrive to you. If you still haven’t received your order after this window, please contact us and we’d be happy to help you.

I got my product but then I realized I don’t want it. What’s your refund policy?

We can only offer refunds up to 30 days after your purchase. If this window goes by and you try to place a refund, we unfortunately cannot help you with this.

For refunds, the product must be unused, be in the same condition that it was delivered to you in and be in the original packaging. We require you to send us a receipt of purchase to prove you bought the item. Do not send your product back to the manufacturer, as we will not be able to issue you a refund if you do so.
